Vehicle Damage Assessor

About the Role

As an experienced Estimator, you’ll need a solid workshop background and strong knowledge of Audatex, along with a full UK driving licence. You’ll be responsible for assessing a wide variety of vehicle marques, staying up to date with repair methodologies, and keeping on top of insurers’ and manufacturers’ guidance and bulletins.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced bodyshop environment.
• Apply the correct repair methods, producing work in line with factory specifications and customer expectations.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain clear communication with clients, insurers, and colleagues.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Completed a recognised apprenticeship as a Vehicle Damage Assessor.
• Technical qualification (NVQ / ATA / IMI / SVQ).
• Proven experience in a busy Bodyshop environment.
• Strong self-motivation and attention to detail.
• Up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques, including the use of Audatex.

Desirable Skills:

• Current Audatex certification.
• Current ATA qualification.
